sideways rib cowl/hood
Size
One Size/Adult M (finished measurements appx. 26” around and 16” long)
Materials
• 350-400 yds aran or worsted weight yarn. I used 2 skeins Misti International Pima Cotton/Silk in colourway #10 “Natural White”
• US size 7 circular needle (12” or 16”), or size needed to obtain gauge
• Cable needle
• Darning needle
• Ruler or tape measure
Gauge
4 st/in in stockinette stitch.
just a quick project with a quick pattern. i’m interested to see if anyone else uses the pattern. i also thought of another way to attempt this– backwards. instead of doing the cowl first, what if one were to do the band first, pick up the desired amount of stitches, and then knit up the body of the cowl? it would get rid of that awkward seaming.
please let me know if you end up doing it either way, i’d love to see!

I really love this design, and I want very much to try making it, even though I’m not very good
But when I click the link to try to find the pattern, it doesn’t work. Is there anywhere I can get the pattern, or can you send it to me?

I have the same problem as Christina. I would like to make this but when I click on the pattern it does not come up on my computer. How do I get the pattern?
